Refund and Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Ryan Fishing Tackles.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs the conditions under which cancellations, returns, and refunds are processed for purchases made through our platform. By placing an order with Ryan Fishing Tackles, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Cancellation by Customer

• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support.
• Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
• Any prepaid amount for successfully cancelled orders will be refunded as per our refund timelines.

1.2 Cancellation by Ryan Fishing Tackles

We reserve the right to cancel an order at any stage due to:

• Product unavailability or out-of-stock situations
• Pricing or technical errors
• Incomplete or incorrect customer information
• Suspected fraudulent or bulk orders
• Failure to verify payment details

In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

2. Returns Eligibility

A return request will be accepted only if:

• The product is unused, unwashed, and undamaged
• The product is returned in its original packaging
• Original tags, labels, manuals, and accessories are intact
• The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

Certain items such as used fishing gear, customized products, perishables, or clearance sale items may not be eligible for return unless received damaged or defective.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Used, altered, or damaged products
• Products with missing tags or original packaging
• Items returned after the eligible return window
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Orders marked as bulk or fraudulent

4. Return Approval & Inspection

• All returned products are subject to quality inspection upon receipt.
• If the returned item fails to meet return eligibility criteria, the return request will be declined.
• Declined products will be re-shipped to the customer, and no refund will be issued.
• If the customer refuses to accept the re-shipped product, no refund shall be provided.

5. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed after successful inspection of the returned product.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.
• Refund processing timelines:
  • Prepaid orders: 7–10 business days
  • UPI/Wallets: As per bank or payment gateway policies

Ryan Fishing Tackles is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

6. Shipping Charges & Refunds

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to:
  • Damaged product
  • Defective product
  • Incorrect product delivered

In such cases, return shipping costs will be borne by Ryan Fishing Tackles.

7. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be initiated as per this policy.

8. Return-to-Origin (RTO) Orders

• Orders returned due to incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or unavailability of the customer will not be eligible for refund.
• Re-shipment of such orders will be subject to additional charges.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Ryan Fishing Tackles shall not be liable for damages caused due to misuse, improper storage, or incorrect usage of products.
• Refund decisions made by Ryan Fishing Tackles shall be final and binding.

10. Policy Updates

Ryan Fishing Tackles reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
